Responsibility

  • Lead the design, delivery, and governance of the organization’s leadership development strategy across all levels.
  • Develop and scale programs for executive coaching, high-potential development, and leadership pipelines.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to optimize organizational design, role clarity, and succession planning.
  • Drive change management initiatives and culture transformation aligned with business priorities.
  • Establish analytics frameworks to measure leadership performance, engagement, retention, and business impact.
  • Curate experiential learning, mentoring, and digital learning experiences that accelerate capability.
  • Champion inclusive leadership and DEI initiatives within leadership programs and teams.

Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years in leadership development, organizational design, or related advisory roles; at least 5 years in people leadership.
  • Proven success designing and delivering leadership programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional coaching, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
  • Strong change management and stakeholder management capabilities; data-driven mindset with experience using HR metrics and LMS tools.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership, manage multiple initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership practice; willingness to travel up to 15%.
