Join Pinnacle Leadership Group as the Director of Organizational Leadership, a strategic role focused on shaping the leadership architecture of a fast-growing company. You will design and implement scalable leadership programs, drive organizational effectiveness, and partner with executives to accelerate performance and culture in a hybrid work environment.

This role blends strategy, design, coaching, and analytics to elevate how the organization develops leaders, manages change, and aligns structure with business goals. You will report to the Chief People Officer and collaborate across all departments to unlock organization wide potential.

Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of the company-wide leadership development strategy, including succession planning and high-potential identification.
  • Partner with the executive team to design and implement organizational design changes that optimize structure, roles, and accountability across functions.
  • Design and implement scalable leadership programs, including onboarding for managers, coaching plans, and competency models.
  • Drive culture transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy and measure impact with HR analytics and dashboards.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and change management during growth periods and major initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a metrics-driven approach to organizational effectiveness, including KPI tracking and executive reporting.
  • Mentor and coach senior leaders to enhance performance, engagement, and succession readiness.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, organizational psychology, human resources, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in organizational development, leadership development, or OD roles with a track record in scaling organizations.
  • Strong expertise in organizational design, change management, and culture initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategy with strong analytics and storytelling.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills with experience across executive levels.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
  • Project management and program management experience with a focus on process improvement.
  • Experience in hybrid or remote work environments is a plus.
