You will partner with executives to design, implement, and measure programs that build leadership capacity, accelerate change, and create a resilient culture.
In this role, you will oversee leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives, ensuring leadership capabilities align with strategic priorities and business outcomes.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute the organization's leadership strategy, governance, and succession planning.
- Design and implement organizational design, change management, and culture initiatives to improve agility and performance.
- Coach and mentor senior leaders; facilitate executive and team coaching sessions.
- Partner with HR, operations, and business leaders to drive culture, performance metrics, and employee engagement.
- Oversee leadership development programs, learning curriculum, and leadership assessment tools.
- Analyze data and create dashboards to measure impact of leadership initiatives; report to the C-suite.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align leadership capabilities with strategic priorities during transformation.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years in organizational development, leadership coaching, or change management; 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives; experience with agile, Lean, or design thinking methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision making; proficiency with HR analytics, LMS, and reporting tools.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across multiple business units.
- Experience in building leadership pipelines and succession planning in high-growth environments.
