The Pinnacle Institute for Organizational Excellence seeks a strategic, people-centered Director of Organizational Leadership to design and implement transformative leadership development programs, drive organizational alignment, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
This role partners with executive leadership to shape vision, develop talent pipelines, and measure impact of leadership initiatives on performance and engagement. You will lead cross-functional teams, foster inclusive leadership practices, and advance the organization's mission through evidence-based strategies.
Responsibility
- Lead the design and delivery of organizational leadership programs, including 360 feedback, succession planning, coaching, and mentoring.
- Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to define leadership strategy, goals, and measurable outcomes.
- Build and mentor a high-impact OD team; manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Drive change management and organizational redesign initiatives to improve effectiveness and culture.
- Facilitate executive coaching sessions and leadership development workshops for diverse teams.
- Assess organizational structure, roles, and processes to improve clarity, engagement, and performance.
- Develop and monitor ROI frameworks and KPIs to quantify impact of leadership initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and business units to embed leadership practices into performance management and succession planning.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in organizational development, leadership development, or HR with progressive responsibility and a track record of leading complex change.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives across functions.
- Coaching certification (e.g., ICF) or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics, measurement, and KPI development.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience designing leadership programs for diverse teams and global operations.
- Project management and budget oversight experience.
