In this capacity, you will:
Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of the enterprise-wide organizational leadership strategy, aligning with business goals.
- Design and scale leadership development programs, coaching, and succession planning for executives and high-potential talent.
- Partner with the C-suite to drive culture, change management, and operational excellence across departments.
- Build and mentor cross-functional teams, establish governance, and define KPIs to measure impact.
- Lead organizational change initiatives including restructures, mergers, or rapid growth in a data-driven manner.
- Advance inclusivity and psychological safety; foster diverse leadership at all levels.
- Develop metrics dashboards, track ROI, and report progress to stakeholders regularly.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in organizational development, learning, or talent management.
- Proven track record leading large-scale change initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, executive presence, and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in HR analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs and succession planning.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build consensus across functions.
