Responsibility

  • Partner with executives to translate strategy into actionable programs and measurable outcomes.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, organization development, human resources, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years in organizational leadership, development, HR, or strategy roles with progressive responsibility.
  • Proven track record designing organizational design, leadership development, and change management initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
