HorizonPeak Solutions is seeking a seasoned Director of Organizational Leadership to guide strategic initiatives, develop high performing teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across a growing enterprise. This leadership role focuses on aligning organizational design, talent development, and change management with business strategy.
As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable programs, measure impact, and drive sustainable value. The ideal candidate blends deep leadership expertise with a data driven mindset and exceptional stakeholder management.
Responsibility
- Lead organization-wide leadership development, succession planning, and governance processes.
- Design and implement organizational design, roles, and reporting structures to improve speed, clarity, and accountability.
- Spearhead culture initiatives, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement strategies.
- Partner with executives to translate strategy into actionable programs and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and monitor key metrics (OKRs, KPIs) and provide dashboards for leadership.
- Manage change management initiatives and foster cross-functional collaboration across departments.
- Coach senior leaders and build leadership capabilities across the organization.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, organization development, human resources, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in organizational leadership, development, HR, or strategy roles with progressive responsibility.
- Proven track record designing organizational design, leadership development, and change management initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
- Data-driven with proficiency in analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics (OKRs).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed environments and guiding large-scale programs.
- Ability to influence at executive and board levels, with strategic thinking and business acumen.
