Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to optimize organizational effectiveness and cultural alignment.
- Provide expert leadership coaching and mentorship to senior managers and emerging leaders.
- Facilitate large-scale change management initiatives and performance improvement programs.
- Design and deliver customized leadership development workshops and interventions.
- Analyze organizational challenges to recommend evidence-based solutions.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to drive positive change.
- Collaborate with HR and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of vision and values.
- Report progress and key metrics to executive leadership on a regular basis.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in organizational development or leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management and organizational transformation.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience leading diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Proficiency in leadership assessment tools and methodologies.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
