Responsibility
- Develop and execute the organization's leadership strategy in alignment with business objectives and growth plans.
- Design, implement, and assess leadership development programs, coaching, and succession planning.
- Lead organizational design and change initiatives to improve structure, processes, culture, and collaboration across functions.
- Partner with executives to deploy data-driven talent analytics and leadership metrics (OKRs, 360 feedback).
- Oversee onboarding, mentoring, performance calibration, and talent mobility programs for leadership cohorts.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional program governance to maximize ROI.
Qualification
- Minimum 8+ years in organizational development, leadership development, or management consulting in large-scale environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Organization Development, or related field; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record leading organizational design and complex change initiatives.
- Exceptional coaching, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to influence executives and manage a wide range of stakeholders at senior levels.
- Experience with talent analytics and leadership metrics; comfortable with data-driven decision making.
- Change management credentials (e.g., Prosci) or related certifications are a plus.
