Lumina Leadership Institute is seeking a dynamic Director of Organizational Leadership to advance our strategic leadership initiatives across programs and partnerships. You will design leadership development curricula, oversee organizational design projects, and catalyze culturally inclusive change across complex teams. Responsibility
- Lead organizational leadership strategy and program design aligned with the institute's mission.
- Oversee organizational design initiatives, succession planning, capability mapping, and process optimization.
- Develop and deliver executive coaching and leadership development curricula for diverse audiences.
- Partner with HR, operations, and academic departments to implement effective change management and culture initiatives.
- Measure impact using data analytics, dashboards, and ROI assessments; report findings to senior leadership.
- Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners to execute high-priority programs.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, Organizational Psychology, MBA, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience with a track record in organizational development initiatives.
- Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programs for executives and managers.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and executive presence skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Expertise in change management, organizational design, and strategic planning.
- Experience with data-driven decision making and measurement of outcomes (KPIs, dashboards).
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions; strong proposal and project management skills.
