Responsibility
- Lead design and execution of organization-wide leadership development programs and curricula.
- Partner with the C-suite to define strategic priorities and ensure alignment with cultural values and business goals.
- Coach and mentor senior leaders; establish performance metrics, feedback loops, and accountability structures.
- Drive succession planning and leadership pipeline development across functions and regions.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and organizational design projects to improve agility.
- Analyze organizational data to diagnose gaps, inform interventions, and measure impact.
- Foster inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Analytics, and Learning & Development to scale programs globally.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, or related field; Doctorate preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with measurable impact on performance and culture.
- Proven track record in leadership development, succession planning, and change management.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Data-driven with proficiency in talent analytics, learning metrics, and measurement of ROI.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and fostering belonging.
- Executive coaching certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
