Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive leadership development strategy aligned with client objectives and firm goals.
- Design, implement, and assess leadership programs, coaching models, and succession planning initiatives.
- Lead organizational design and change management efforts to optimize structure, roles, and processes.
- Partner with C-suite and HR leaders to drive culture, DEI, and high-performance leadership.
- Measure program effectiveness using analytics and KPIs; report outcomes to stakeholders.
- Build internal and client-facing workshops, curricula, and toolkits for leadership capability building.
- Coach senior leaders and facilitate executive coaching engagements.
- Lead cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and deliverables with excellence.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience, including strategic leadership development and organizational design.
- Proven success in designing and implementing leadership development programs and change initiatives.
- Strong coaching, communication, and facilitation skills with ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience with data-driven approaches to measure impact and ROI of leadership programs.
- Ability to consult with executives, align with business strategy, and translate complex concepts into practical solutions.
- Demonstrated commitment to DEI and inclusive leadership practices.
- Travel up to 25% may be required for client engagements.
