At NorthBridge Institute, we are seeking a seasoned Director of Organizational Leadership to drive transformative strategy and elevate leadership across the organization. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will oversee leadership development, succession planning, and initiatives that strengthen culture, collaboration, and impact.
\nThe ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, a passion for people development, and a data-driven approach to organizational effectiveness. You will partner with executive leaders to design scalable programs, implement assessment tools, and foster an inclusive, high-performance environment.
Responsibility

- Lead the design and execution of the organization's leadership strategy, including succession planning and development programs across all levels. \n
- Build and scale leadership development curricula, coaching, and experiential learning to grow capabilities and performance. \n
- Drive culture and change management initiatives that align with strategy, values, and business outcomes. \n
- Assess organizational capability using quantitative and qualitative metrics; translate insights into actionable programs. \n
- Partner with HR, operations, and business leaders to implement talent management, performance processes, and cross-functional leadership collaboration. \n
- Advise and coach senior leaders; champion inclusive leadership and psychological safety across teams. \n
- Lead external partnerships, thought leadership, and program benchmarking to keep the organization at the forefront of leadership practice. \n
Qualification

- Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD preferred. \n
- Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience with demonstrated impact on organizational development and strategy execution. \n
- Proven track record in leadership development, succession planning, and change management at scale. \n
- Strong data literacy with experience using analytics to inform leadership decisions and program design. \n
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels. \n
- Experience in DEI, inclusive leadership, and building high-trust teams across diverse functions. \n
- Executive coaching proficiency and experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex environments. \n
