Lumina Leadership Group is seeking a dynamic Director of Organizational Leadership to shape and accelerate leadership excellence across client organizations and internal teams. In this strategic role, you will partner with C-suite executives to design scalable leadership capabilities, drive organizational design, and foster a culture of high performance. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in leadership development with hands-on change management, data-driven decision making, and exceptional stakeholder engagement.
As a senior member of our team, you will lead the architecture of leadership programs, coach senior leaders, and ensure integration of learning with business outcomes. This role offers opportunities to influence multiple industries, contribute to mission-driven projects, and grow a practice focused on measurable impact.
Responsibility
- Partner with executive leadership to define and advance the organization's leadership strategy and roadmap.
- Design, implement, and measure leadership development programs, coaching frameworks, and succession plans.
- Lead organizational design initiatives to optimize structure, governance, and role clarity.
- Develop analytics dashboards and KPIs to track leadership capability, engagement, and culture metrics.
- Drive strategic change initiatives with cross-functional teams and manage associated risk and communications.
- Mentor, coach, and develop senior leaders and facilitate executive retreats and learning labs.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership pipelines and talent decisions.
- Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development to scale programs across client organizations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related field preferred.
- 8+ years in organizational development, leadership, HR, or management consulting.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale leadership programs and organizational design projects.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, influence, and change management capabilities.
- Data-driven with proficiency in using analytics to justify leadership investments.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working across diverse industries and fast-paced environments.
- Ability to thrive in client-facing or internal corporate settings and manage competing priorities.
