Responsibility
- Develop and drive enterprise-wide leadership strategy, programs, and assessment frameworks.
- Lead change management and organizational design initiatives to improve effectiveness and culture.
- Collaborate with C-suite to shape succession planning, coaching, and leadership development.
- Design scalable curricula, experiential learning, and coaching for all leadership levels.
- Establish metrics and analytics to measure program impact and ROI.
- Build cross-functional partnerships; mentor and grow high-potential leaders.
- Represent the organization in external leadership networks; drive thought leadership.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, or related field; PhD preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership development, organizational development, or change management experience.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation and cultural change.
- Expertise with leadership assessment tools (360s, psychometrics), coaching, and succession planning.
- Excellent communication, influencing, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
- Ability to operate in a hybrid work environment in New York; travel up to 20% if required.
