NovaLeadership Group is seeking a seasoned Director of Organizational Leadership to drive strategic leadership development and organizational effectiveness across our client organizations and internal teams. This role reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and leads initiatives in leadership pipeline, culture transformation, and performance optimization.
In this role, you will design scalable leadership programs, partner with executives to align leadership capability with business strategy, and steward change initiatives from concept to adoption. You will also champion a data-driven approach to measure impact, inform decision making, and build a resilient organization capable of thriving in dynamic markets.

Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of leadership development strategies across all levels of the organization.
- Design and implement scalable leadership programs, coaching, succession planning, and high-potential pipelines.
- Partner with senior executives to align leadership capability with business strategy and change initiatives.
- Guide organizational design and operating model enhancements to improve agility and performance.
- Establish and monitor metrics to measure leadership impact, engagement, and organizational health.
- Drive culture transformation and change management efforts through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, or extensive change management roles.
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives across diverse teams.
- Executive coaching capability with strong presence and influencing skills.
- Experience designing leadership programs with measurable outcomes and data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate business strategy into leadership capabilities and talent strategies.
