We are seeking a talented Director of Photography (DP) to lead our camera department and shape the visual language of multiple projects.
As DP, you will collaborate closely with the director, cinematography team, and production crew to design lighting, camera movement, and framing that elevate storytelling while meeting schedule and budget.

Responsibility
- Collaborate with the director to translate the script into visual storytelling, shot lists, and lighting plans.
- Lead the camera department: select cameras, lenses, rigs, and supervise operators and assistants.
- Design and implement lighting strategies that support mood, depth, and continuity across scenes.
- Plan camera movements, blocking, rehearsals, and coordinate with grip and sound teams.
- Oversee on-set data management, media backups, and DIT workflows to ensure footage integrity.
- Maintain shot logs, monitor continuity, and ensure timely delivery of dailies for post-production.
- Collaborate with post-production on color decisions to achieve a cohesive look across projects.
Qualification
- 5+ years of cinematography experience as DP or equivalent on narrative films, commercials, or music videos.
- Proficiency with camera systems (ARRI, RED, Sony Venice, or similar) and a strong portfolio of lighting styles.
- Strong understanding of lighting design, grip equipment, and color science; ability to work with colorists and DIT teams.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills; proven ability to guide a camera team under tight schedules.
- Solid understanding of post-production workflows and delivery formats.
- Ability to problem-solve in dynamic environments and adapt to changing creative directions.
- Eligible to work in the United States or hold required work authorization; willingness to travel if needed.
