FortisGuard Security Solutions is seeking a strategic Director of Security Services to lead our growing client portfolio in the New York area. This executive role drives risk mitigation, physical security, and comprehensive security program development across multiple sites. You will collaborate with executive leadership, clients, and field teams to deliver measurable security outcomes.

Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of multi-site security programs, including physical security, risk assessments, incident response, and recovery planning.
- Oversee budgets, vendor management, contract negotiations, and service-level agreements to ensure maximum value and reliability.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing security operations team and field supervisors across multiple locations.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments, business continuity planning, and crisis management exercises.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., NY state regulations, PCI-DSS where applicable, and ASIS best practices).
- Partner with clients to tailor protective services, security architecture, and incident response protocols to evolving risk profiles.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement processes to drive client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field; Master's preferred; 10+ years of security leadership experience.
- Proven track record in design and delivery of comprehensive security programs for multi-site operations.
- Strong knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, alarm systems, and physical security technology.
- Demonstrated expertise in incident response, crisis management, and business continuity planning.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-management skills; ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ASIS CPP/PSP, CISSP) are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed to support client sites.
