Responsibility
- Lead and oversee daily security operations for client sites in the Los Angeles region.
- Develop and implement risk-based security plans, policies, and procedures.
- Manage and mentor security supervisors and officers, ensuring high standards of professionalism.
- Coordinate incident response, crisis management, and emergency drills with clients and local authorities.
- Oversee client relationships, reporting, and service level adherence.
- Monitor security subcontractors, budgets, and procurement of equipment and PPE.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 5+ years of security operations experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident response, and emergency management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Proven ability to develop security programs, audit performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Certifications such as CPP, PSP, or CISSP are a plus; valid security clearance may be required for certain clients.
