Responsibility

  • Lead the security operations program for assigned accounts in London, including risk assessments, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage a team of security officers and supervisors, including scheduling, performance coaching, and staff development.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures, post orders, and training curriculums to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate with facilities, IT, and executive leadership to align security controls with business requirements and regulatory obligations.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Proven track record in incident response, risk assessment, and investigations with strong analytical and judgment skills.
  • Strong knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, intrusion detection, and security technology integrations.
