Responsibility
- Lead the security operations program for assigned accounts in London, including risk assessments, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage a team of security officers and supervisors, including scheduling, performance coaching, and staff development.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures, post orders, and training curriculums to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with facilities, IT, and executive leadership to align security controls with business requirements and regulatory obligations.
- Oversee access control, CCTV monitoring, alarm systems, and physical security measures across sites.
- Lead investigations into security incidents, prepare concise briefing reports, and coordinate with local law enforcement as needed.
- Manage security vendor relationships, procurement, and budget allocation for equipment, uniforms, and maintenance.
- Present security metrics and risk posture to senior leadership; drive data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of security operations leadership experience in corporate, government, or critical infrastructure environments.
- Proven track record in incident response, risk assessment, and investigations with strong analytical and judgment skills.
- Strong knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, intrusion detection, and security technology integrations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities; fluent in English.
- First Aid at Work or equivalent security-specific training; valid SIA / UK security license preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple sites, shift rotations, and budgets while maintaining adherence to regulatory standards.
