We are seeking a Senior Security Services Manager to lead client security programs, build high-performing teams, and drive safety excellence in New York City and surrounding areas.
In this role you will partner with clients to assess risk, design robust security protocols, and oversee operations across multiple sites.

Responsibility
- Lead daily security operations across client sites, ensuring safety, incident prevention, and rapid response.
- Develop, implement, and monitor security protocols, risk assessments, and emergency plans.
- Directly manage a team of security officers, including scheduling, coaching, performance reviews, and training.
- Coordinate with clients, law enforcement, and internal stakeholders to investigate incidents and resolve security gaps.
- Oversee access control, CCTV surveillance, alarm systems, and visitor management across sites.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and local regulations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present monthly security reports, KPIs, and executive briefings for client leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, risk management, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in security operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Preferred certifications such as CPP or PSP, or equivalent security credentials.
- Proven leadership, communication, and crisis management skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong proficiency with security technologies (CCTV, access control, intrusion systems) and incident management tools.
- Willingness to travel between client sites and to work flexible hours as needed.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required clearances and pass background checks.
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of building trusted client relationships.
