Responsibility
- Lead and scale security operations for multiple client sites in the Los Angeles region.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and post orders; ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance of security officers; conduct regular performance reviews.
- Coordinate incident response, investigations, and reporting; liaison with clients and local authorities.
- Perform risk assessments, implement access control, surveillance, and physical security measures.
- Oversee client-facing communications, service level agreements, and quality assurance.
- Monitor security technology (CCTV, access control, alarm systems) and optimize system performance.
- Prepare monthly security metrics, budgets, and resource planning.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in security operations with leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident command, and emergency response.
- Excellent communication and client-management skills; fluent in English; ability to present to executives.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead diverse security teams; strong supervision skills.
- Experience with security technologies (CCTV, access control, alarm systems) and security software.
- Knowledge of local regulations, OSHA standards, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to incidents on short notice.
