Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of end-to-end Talent Management strategy, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.
- Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to translate business strategy into measurable talent initiatives and metrics.
- Design and implement performance management processes that drive high performance, engagement, and accountability.
- Lead leadership development programs, coaching, and high-potential identification to build the next generation of leaders.
- Develop robust succession plans for critical roles across the organization and monitor readiness risk.
- Utilize people analytics to forecast talent gaps, guide investments, and optimize talent ROI.
- Champion learning and development initiatives, career pathing, and cross-functional talent mobility.
- Drive change management in organizational design initiatives and cultural transformation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 8+ years in talent management or equivalent HR leadership roles; prior team leadership experience preferred.
- Proven track record in succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and workforce analytics.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence at the executive level and translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Tableau).
- Change management expertise and experience with organizational design initiatives.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and collaboration skills; ability to partner across functions.
