NovaCore Solutions is seeking a dynamic Director of Talent Management to lead our global talent initiatives. This role partners with executives to shape workforce strategy across leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and workforce analytics.

As a senior member of the People & Culture team, you will design scalable programs, implement data-driven practices, and elevate our people capabilities to drive sustained business results in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibility

  • Design and implement scalable talent management programs aligned with business strategy and growth.
  • Lead leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and competency modeling.
  • Partner with HR business partners and leaders to diagnose talent gaps and forecast future needs.
  • Develop career path frameworks, learning roadmaps, and internal mobility programs.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and inclusive leadership practices.
  • Lead global talent review cycles and inform promotion and compensation decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Orchestrate analytics to measure program ROI and continuously improve processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and Learning teams to optimize LMS, HRIS, and people analytics platforms.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 7+ years in talent management or HR with progressive leadership experience.
  • Proven expertise in succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and competency modeling.
  • Strong data analytics, HRIS/ATS/LMS experience; proficiency in Excel and SQL is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence at executive levels.
  • Change management, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Global mindset with experience scaling programs in a fast-growth environment.
  • Professional certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent preferred.
