Job description

NovaPulse Technologies is seeking a results-driven Talent Management Lead to partner with executives and HR to design and execute our talent strategy. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to build a resilient leadership bench and scalable development programs across a high-growth technology environment.

As the Talent Management Lead, you will translate business strategy into people initiatives, drive competency models, and enable data-driven decisions that accelerate performance, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to create a culture of continuous learning and leadership development that scales with our rapidly expanding team.

What you’ll do:

Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive Talent Management framework aligned to business goals, including succession planning, competency modeling, and development pathways. Build high‑potential programs and leadership development tracks to prepare the next generation of leaders. Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to translate strategy into measurable talent outcomes. Leverage workforce analytics to identify risks, opportunities, and ROI for people initiatives. Drive performance calibration processes and ensure effective learning interventions that strengthen capability across the organization. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent practices. Maintain a strong emphasis on employee engagement, retention, and a positive employer brand.

Responsibility

  • Design and implement a comprehensive Talent Management framework aligned to business strategy, including succession planning, competency models, and development pathways.
  • Lead succession planning for key leadership roles to ensure business continuity and sustainable growth.
  • Develop and deploy competency models and role profiles to standardize performance expectations across the organization.
  • Create and manage high-potential programs, leadership development tracks, and targeted development plans.
  • Partner with HR business partners and senior leaders to translate strategy into measurable talent outcomes.
  • Analyze workforce data and KPIs to drive evidence-based talent decisions related to retention, engagement, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead performance calibration processes and ensure effective learning and development interventions across teams.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in talent management, learning and development, or organizational development; tech/scale-up experience a plus.
  • Proven track record designing and implementing talent management programs, succession planning, and competency models.
  • Strong data analytics skills with experience using HRIS and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence at the executive level.
  • Project management and change-management capabilities; adept at managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent practices and decision-making.
