NorthBridge Global is seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Management Director to lead our global talent architecture from Austin, TX. This senior role blends organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, performance optimization, and workforce analytics to drive measurable business impact.
As a trusted advisor to the executive team, you will shape talent strategy across functions, build leadership pipelines, and foster a culture of continuous development. The ideal candidate combines deep HR expertise with business acumen and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
What you’ll do is partner with executives to design scalable talent programs, own the lifecycle of leadership development, and implement data-driven processes that improve retention and performance. You’ll also oversee change initiatives and collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency of practice while respecting regional nuances.

Responsibility
- Design and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business goals, including leadership development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of leadership competency models, career paths, and high-potential programs to strengthen the leadership pipeline.
- Partner with executives to implement performance management processes, feedback mechanisms, and development plans that drive measurable outcomes.
- Oversee employee development initiatives, including coaching, mentoring, and targeted learning programs across multiple regions.
- Harness people analytics to forecast workforce needs, identify risk, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, learning, and D&I teams to ensure consistent practice and equitable development opportunities across the organization.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 8-12 years of progressive experience in talent management, L&D, or organizational development; global experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and competency modeling.
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS, data analytics, and people metrics to drive decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills; comfortable influencing at senior levels.
- Ability to design scalable programs and manage cross-functional projects across regions and cultures.
