Responsibility
- Develop and execute the Talent Management strategy aligned with business goals, driving leadership capability and workforce planning.
- Lead leadership development programs, coaching, and mentorship initiatives for senior leaders and high potentials.
- Design and implement succession planning, critical role mapping, and talent mobility programs.
- Oversee performance management processes, calibration, and development plans to accelerate high-impact performance.
- Collaborate with HR partners to identify skill gaps, build learning curricula, and deploy targeted development initiatives.
- Lead talent analytics efforts, measure program effectiveness, and generate insights to inform workforce decisions.
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention strategies through data-driven campaigns and initiatives.
- Partner with international teams to ensure alignment of Talent Management practices across regions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; master's preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Management, HR, or organizational development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and learning strategy.
- Strong data analytics skills and experience with HRIS, LMS, and workforce planning tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management capabilities.
- Experience leading global teams and partnering with senior executives; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar are a plus.
