Responsibility
- Define and lead the end-to-end talent management strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and execute succession planning, high‑potential programs, and leadership development curricula.
- Partner with HR business partners and leaders to implement performance management and calibration processes.
- Design learning experiences and development plans that accelerate leadership readiness.
- Leverage people analytics to forecast talent gaps and drive data‑driven decisions.
- Oversee workforce planning, internal mobility, and talent mobility pipelines.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement change initiatives and organizational design improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, or HR strategy.
- Proven track record in succession planning and high‑potential programs.
- Strong data analytics skills and experience with HRIS and talent management platforms.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders across functions in a matrixed organization.
- SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, or similar certification preferred.
