In this role, you will partner with executives to build scalable frameworks for talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and learning & development. You will lead a team of talent professionals and work cross-functionally with HR, People Ops, and business leaders to create a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a holistic talent management strategy aligned with business goals, including leadership development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Design and implement talent programs that accelerate high-potential employees into leadership roles.
  • Lead performance management and development processes, including calibration, feedback, and coaching.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify skills gaps and drive targeted learning interventions.
  • Build data-driven programs using HR analytics to measure program impact and ROI.
  • Oversee change management initiatives related to talent programs and organizational growth.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing talent team; set KPIs and accountability standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or HR business partner roles.
  • Proven track record designing and scaling leadership development, succession planning, and performance management programs.
  • Strong data analytics skills with experience using HRIS and analytics platforms (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Change management experience and ability to drive adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse team; bias for action and outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker with business acumen and strong project management skills.
