We are seeking a strategic Director of Talent Management to design and execute scalable talent strategies that drive performance, leadership capability, and sustainable growth. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to elevate our workforce planning, performance systems, and leadership development programs while maintaining a strong focus on DEI and employee experience.

As a member of the HR leadership team, you will translate business strategy into talent outcomes, build robust leadership pipelines, and provide analytics-driven insights to inform executive decisions.

Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of the company-wide Talent Management strategy aligning with business goals.
  • Oversee performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives across all levels.
  • Partner with executives to identify high-potential talent and design accelerated development plans.
  • Shape compensation, career pathways, and retention programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Institute robust workforce planning, talent analytics, and reporting to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Foster a culture of coaching, feedback, DEI, and inclusive leadership.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to implement scalable programs using modern L&D methodologies and technology.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
  • 8+ years in talent management, organizational development, or HR with progressive responsibilities
  • Proven track record in leadership development, succession planning, and change management
  • Strong data analytics, metrics, and HRIS experience (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business strategy into people initiatives
  • Commitment to DEI principles and creating an inclusive workplace; SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred
