We are seeking a dynamic Director of Talent Management to design and lead our talent strategy, focusing on leadership development, succession planning, performance optimization, and organizational effectiveness.

In this role, you will partner with executives to shape a scalable talent architecture that drives business outcomes across growth initiatives.

Responsibility

  • Partner with executive leadership to define and execute the talent management strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Design and implement succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential programs.
  • Lead performance management enhancements, including calibration, goals, feedback, and learning plans.
  • Develop robust organizational design and workforce planning to support growth and change management.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent initiatives and culture initiatives.
  • Oversee talent data analytics, metrics, and reporting to inform decision-making.
  • Manage a portfolio of global talent initiatives and coordinate with HR partners across regions.
  • Lead change management communications and program governance to ensure adoption and impact.

Qualification

  • Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field; SPHR/SHRM-SCP or similar certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent management, succession planning, leadership development, or organizational development.
  • Proven track record designing and implementing talent strategies in high-growth environments.
  • Strong data analytics skills with the ability to translate insights into action; experience with HRIS and dashboards.
  • Exceptional coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading global talent programs and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Strong project management, change management, and influencing abilities.
