Join ApexSphere Technologies as the Director of Talent Management, a strategic role focused on shaping our people strategy and accelerating leadership capacity across the organization. You will partner with executive leadership to design, implement, and measure programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent in a fast-paced tech environment.

In this role, you will own the talent management lifecycle, including succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and organizational design initiatives that drive business outcomes.

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead leadership development programs, coaching, and succession planning for critical roles.
  • Design and optimize performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and calibration.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to forecast talent needs and build pipelines.
  • Drive learning and development initiatives leveraging LMS and external providers.
  • Champion inclusive culture and employee engagement through data-driven programs.
  • Lead organizational design and change management initiatives for growth.
  • Measure program effectiveness with HR analytics and dashboards.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 7+ years in talent management, leadership development, or HR with progressive responsibilities.
  • Proven track record designing and implementing succession planning and leadership development.
  • Experience with performance management systems, calibration processes, and HR analytics.
  • Strong partnering and stakeholder management with executive-level communication.
  • Expertise in change management, organizational design, and learning and development.
  • Proficiency with HRIS/LMS (Workday, Cornerstone) and data-driven decision making.
  • Project management and analytical problem-solving skills; ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
