Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will partner with executive leadership to shape talent strategy, lead leadership development, and optimize performance, succession, and engagement across the organization.

Responsibility
- Design and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned to business goals and growth plans across regions.
- Lead leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential programs to ensure continuity of critical roles.
- Oversee performance management processes, calibration, competency frameworks, and development plans.
- Own talent analytics and reporting, translating data into actionable insights for executives and HR partners.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
- Foster inclusive culture and employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and performance.
- Lead the design and delivery of learning and coaching programs, including mentoring and leadership development.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years in talent management, organizational development, or HR, with experience in tech or high-growth environments.
- Proven track record in succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
- Strong data literacy with experience using HRIS/HCM systems and talent analytics tools.
- Exceptional coaching, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
- Change management and organizational design experience; ability to influence at senior levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs across multiple regions and functions.
