Join NexaCorp Global as Director of Organizational Leadership, leading the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide leadership development programs. You will partner with the executive team to shape a high-impact leadership culture, empower managers, and accelerate strategic outcomes across functions.
In this role, you will design scalable learning experiences, mentor senior leaders, and embed measurement to demonstrate ROI on leadership initiatives.
Responsibility
- Lead the design and execution of organization-wide leadership development programs and curricula.
- Partner with the C-suite to define leadership strategy, succession planning, and talent pipelines.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the impact of leadership initiatives on performance and engagement.
- Coach senior leaders and high-potential talent to improve decision-making, communication, and change leadership.
- Drive culture transformation and change management across the organization through structured programs and coaching.
- Build scalable learning experiences including cohorts, mentoring, and digital learning modules.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent, and business leaders to align leadership initiatives with business strategy.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational development, leadership training, or equivalent HR function.
- Proven track record designing and delivering leadership pipelines for diverse teams.
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide programs and measure ROI.
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills across senior stakeholders.
- Experience with change management, culture transformation, and cross-functional collaboration in complex organizations.
- Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment; excellent stakeholder management.
- Professional certifications such as ICF, SHRM, or equivalent are a plus.
