Job description

Elevate Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Director of Talent Management to shape and execute our people strategy in Singapore. This is a strategic, business-facing role focused on leadership development, succession planning, and workforce capability across a fast-growth organization.

You will partner with the executive team to translate business goals into talent initiatives, build scalable programs, and drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibility

  • Lead the design and execution of comprehensive talent management strategies across the organization, including leadership development, succession planning, and competency framework evolution.
  • Partner with the CEO and senior HR leadership to align talent initiatives with business strategy and growth objectives.
  • Develop and maintain robust high-potential programs, critical role mapping, and succession pipelines for key functions.
  • Oversee performance management and development planning processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee growth.
  • Design and deliver leadership development and learning programs in collaboration with L&D and external partners.
  • Drive change management initiatives and organizational capability programs during periods of rapid growth and transformation.
  • Leverage HR analytics to measure program effectiveness, generate insights, and inform strategic decision making.
  • Oversee internal mobility, career paths, and employer branding activities to attract and retain top talent.

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in HR, Business, psychology or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR roles within dynamic, high-growth settings.
  • Strong track record in leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and learning strategy.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors and proficiency in data analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and manage complex programs cross-functionally.
  • Experience in tech or digital services sectors is highly desirable; global exposure is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in talent management or organizational development (ATD, SHRM, CPLP) are a plus.
