Job description

NovaCore Global is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director, Talent Management to lead our global talent initiatives from our New York offices. You will partner with senior leadership to design and implement scalable programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent.

In this role, you will drive leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational design initiatives while leveraging data to inform people decisions and business outcomes.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Management strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead leadership development programs, coaching, and succession planning for critical roles.
  • Partner with executives to design organizational structure, roles, and competency models.
  • Oversee performance management, calibration processes, and development plans to accelerate high potential employees.
  • Build and maintain a data-driven approach using HR analytics to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive development pipeline.
  • Champion change management and strategic workforce planning across global regions.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 8+ years in Talent Management or HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in leadership development, succession planning, and competency modeling.
  • Strong data literacy with experience using HRIS/people analytics tools (Workday, Oracle, or SAP) and advanced Excel/BI skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to partner with C-suite and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience driving change management initiatives and organizational design.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching capabilities; HR certifications a plus.
