Responsibility
- Lead and develop advanced lithography process solutions for next-generation semiconductor device manufacturing.
- Drive continuous improvements in process capability, yield, and cost efficiency across manufacturing sites.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to engineering teams on lithography trends and process best practices.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and equipment vendors to evaluate and integrate novel lithography techniques and technologies.
- Author and present technical papers, patents, and strategies on innovative process development methods.
- Analyze equipment performance and process data to guide troubleshooting and optimization initiatives.
- Support technical transfer and ramp-up of new processes from pilot to high-volume production.
- Represent Micron at industry conferences, advancing the company's reputation as an innovation leader.
Qualification
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of direct experience in lithography process development within the semiconductor industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced photolithography equipment, materials, and process integration.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale process innovation or technology transfer projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
- Experience with DOE, SPC, statistical analysis tools, and data-driven problem solving.
- Patent, technical publication, or industry recognition in relevant domains is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and a passion for driving technical excellence in a highly dynamic environment.
