Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the distribution network
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve distribution targets
- Evaluate and onboard new distributors
- Monitor performance and provide support to distributors
- Manage distributor contracts and agreements
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in distributor management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel as needed
