Join Private Advertiser as the DMS - Sales Section Head and lead a dynamic outsourcing sales team in Jakarta. In this senior sales leadership role, you will shape the go-to-market strategy for our expanding outsourcing services, drive revenue growth, and build lasting relationships with B2B clients.
Your core mission is to design and execute a rigorous sales plan that creates a healthy pipeline, closes strategic deals, and elevates the companyโs market presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations to tailor service offerings to client needs and to optimize the customer journey from initial contact to contract renewal.
Responsibilities include leading a high-performing sales team, mentoring individual contributors, and setting clear quotas and KPIs. You will manage key accounts, negotiate favorable contracts, and ensure delivery excellence that fuels client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. You will also analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions and growth initiatives.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth in the outsourcing division.
- Build, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple channels; set quotas and track performance.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new B2B opportunities; maintain an active pipeline and forecast accurately.
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles from discovery to closing; collaborate with legal and finance to finalize contracts.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with key accounts and partnerships; drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to optimize offerings and go-to-market campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategy and product development.
- Prepare regular revenue forecasts, budgets, and KPI reporting to senior leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role in outsourcing or professional services.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and meeting/exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Extensive network within Indonesia's corporate sector; experience selling to enterprise accounts.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales analytics.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; willingness to travel as required.
