Assa Rent is seeking a results-driven DMS - Sales Section Head to guide the company’s outsourcing services sales to mid-market and enterprise clients in Jakarta and beyond. In this leadership role, you will shape the sales strategy, build a robust B2B pipeline, and lead a high-performing sales team toward ambitious revenue targets. You will be responsible for crafting value-driven proposals, negotiating complex contracts, and ensuring client success from first contact through onboarding and ongoing account management.
You will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, spearhead pipeline development, coach and motivate the sales team, and collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to tailor solutions that meet client requirements. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a proven track record in enterprise sales in Indonesia. Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the outsourcing business unit.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, setting quarterly targets and ensuring high performance.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B opportunities; build a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage end-to-end client lifecycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to tailor outsourcing solutions for clients.
- Monitor key performance metrics; report progress to leadership; forecast revenue accurately.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and partners.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for C-level stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role; outsourcing or services industry experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong enterprise sales experience, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact with international clients is an advantage.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Willingness to travel as required.
