Join Private Advertiser as a Contract Drafter in Bandung. We are a growing construction firm seeking a detail oriented professional to support project drawing needs from concept to completion. In this contract role you will work with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with design intent and project constraints. You will help maintain drafting standards and ensure all drawings reflect the latest revisions. The position offers exposure to multiple disciplines within construction including architectural, structural and MEP components. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, procurement and site teams to ensure drawings are accurate and ready for construction. Responsibility
- Produce accurate 2D drawings and annotated details for construction projects using AutoCAD or similar CAD tools
- Interpret architectural and engineering designs and translate them into buildable drafting packages
- Maintain and organize drawing sets, manage revisions, and ensure version control
- Collaborate with engineers, architects and project teams to resolve design conflicts and optimize constructability
- Generate material lists, BOMs and documentation to support procurement
- Review drawings for code compliance and alignment with site constraints
- Prepare as built drawings and close out documentation at project completion
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in drafting, civil engineering, architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of 3D modeling or BIM is a plus
- Experience drafting for construction projects and ability to read and interpret drawings and specs
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities for cross functional collaboration
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and local standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and disciplined document management
