Job description
Join a fast-paced, data-driven ecommerce team as a Dropshipping Manager. You will own end-to-end dropshipping operations, from supplier onboarding to order fulfillment and optimization. This role requires strategic thinking, relentless optimization, and a keen eye for profitability.

Responsibility
- Own the end-to-end dropshipping process across suppliers, product selection, pricing, and fulfillment.
- Perform product research and profitability analysis to identify winning items and niches.
- Manage supplier relationships, onboarding, terms negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and ad performance to maximize margins.
- Oversee order routing, inventory levels, returns, and customer communication to maintain service levels.
- Implement automation and SOPs using tools like Shopify, DSers, Zapier, and Airtable.
- Monitor KPIs (CAC, CLV, ROAS, fulfillment time) and deliver weekly performance reports to leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and tech teams to scale operations into new markets.
Qualification
- 2+ years of dropshipping or ecommerce operations experience.
- Strong proficiency with Shopify, DSers (or similar DS tools), AliExpress, and product sourcing platforms.
- Experience with supplier onboarding, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Data-driven mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to analyze profitability and shipping metrics.
- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Airtable) and creating effective SOPs.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment and manage multiple priorities.
