Job description
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in dropshipping. We seek a proactive Dropshipping Specialist to manage product sourcing, supplier relations, order fulfillment, and growth initiatives for our portfolio of profitable stores.
As a key member of our operations team, you will blend data-driven decision making with creative product curation to optimize margins and customer experience.
Responsibility
- Identify and source high-margin products from vetted suppliers on platforms like AliExpress and CJ Dropshipping; negotiate favorable terms.
- Manage supplier onboarding, due diligence, sample testing, and quality assurance processes to maintain top-tier product quality.
- Oversee order fulfillment workflows, monitor shipments, handle returns, and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images) for SEO and conversion across Shopify and WooCommerce stores.
- Monitor key metrics such as CPC, CAC, ROAS, gross margin, and net profit; adjust strategy to improve profitability.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trending products and optimal pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute product launches, promotions, and influencer campaigns; manage supplier catalogs.
- Document scalable SOPs and automate repetitive tasks using tools and apps to save time and scale growth.
Qualification
- 2+ years of experience in dropshipping, ecommerce operations, or supplier sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of product research, supplier negotiation, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify; familiarity with DSers, Oberlo, AliExpress, and CJ Dropshipping.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze margins, product performance, and marketing metrics; proficient in Excel/Sheets and basic analytics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a remote-first environment; self-starter with strong time-management.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple stores and workflows simultaneously.
