NovaTrade Dropship is seeking a results-driven Dropshipping Operations Specialist to scale our marketplace and supplier network. You will own end-to-end product research, supplier onboarding, order fulfillment, and operational automation to drive profitability and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for data-driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and enjoy optimizing margins, speed, and reliability.
What you’ll do is hands-on and impactful: you’ll partner with suppliers, optimize product catalogs, implement automation, and ensure top-notch fulfillment across channels. This is a hybrid role with in-office collaboration in Austin and remote-friendly days based on project needs.
Responsibility
- Source profitable product ideas and validate demand across suppliers and marketplaces.
- Onboard and manage relationships with suppliers on platforms like AliExpress, Alibaba, and domestic wholesalers.
- Manage end-to-end order processing, tracking, and escalation to ensure on-time fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
- Optimize product listings for SEO and conversion on Shopify and marketplaces with compelling titles, descriptions, and images.
- Implement and monitor automation workflows to streamline sourcing, pricing, and fulfillment processes.
- Track KPIs such as profit margins, return rate, order defect rate, and customer satisfaction; report weekly to leadership.
- Coordinate with marketing and content teams to align product catalogs with campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, shipping regulations, and returns management; mitigate risk and scale operations responsibly.
Qualification
- 2+ years of experience in dropshipping, e-commerce operations, or supplier management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and basic profitability modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, and marketplace integrations (Amazon, eBay).
- Deep knowledge of supplier sourcing on AliExpress, Alibaba, and domestic suppliers.
- Familiarity with automation tools (DSers, Oberlo, Zapier, and similar) and product research software.
- Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills; proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Customer-centric mindset with relentless attention to order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
- Self-starter with strong organization, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
