Join our fast-growing e-commerce team as a Senior E-commerce Manager, leading online store strategy and execution. You will partner with Marketing, Merchandising, and Technology to drive revenue, optimize the customer journey, and build scalable processes.

Responsibility
- Define and execute end-to-end e-commerce strategy across platforms (Shopify, Amazon, and marketplaces) to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Lead merchandising and product listing optimization, including SEO-friendly descriptions, images, and categorization.
- Drive conversion-rate optimization initiatives through data-driven experiments and analytics.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Logistics to plan campaigns, launches, and inventory management.
- Own reporting and dashboards; provide actionable insights to executives and cross-functional teams.
- Manage relationships with platform vendors, apps, and integrators; oversee QA for new features and promotions.
- Establish scalable catalog and pricing processes to support growth and international expansion.
Qualification
- 5+ years of e-commerce experience in a fast-paced online retail environment.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue, conversions, and average order value.
- Strong proficiency with Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms; hands-on with product data feeds and CMS.
- Experience with CRO, UX optimization, and analytics (GA4, funnels, attribution).
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
