Responsibility
- Develop and execute end to end online store management strategies across Shopify and other platforms
- Own product catalog management including categorization, pricing, and SEO friendly descriptions
- Oversee order processing, fulfillment, returns, and inventory forecasting to reduce stockouts
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, site merchandising, and conversion rate optimization
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and platform analytics to inform optimizations
- Implement automation and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
- Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and platform partners
- Champion customer experience by ensuring fast load times, strong UX, and reliable customer support
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in business marketing or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands on experience managing online stores for a consumer brand
- Proficiency with Shopify or WooCommerce and experience with multi channel marketplaces
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics GA4 and data driven decision making
- Excellent project management, organization, and cross functional collaboration
- Experience with inventory control, demand forecasting, and vendor management
- Strong copywriting and product optimization skills with basic SEO understanding
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
