Join Aurora Commerce Co., a fast-growing e-commerce innovator specializing in dropshipping. We build scalable systems that connect top suppliers with global customers. We’re seeking a results-driven Dropshipping Operations & Growth Manager to own end-to-end order fulfillment, supplier relations, product research, and automation initiatives.
In this role, you will partner with marketing, product, and analytics to unlock new revenue streams while maintaining a superior customer experience. Hybrid role with optional HQ presence in Austin, TX.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end dropshipping operations from product discovery to order fulfillment, tracking metrics and SLAs.
- Build and manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, monitor performance, and ensure quality control.
- Design and optimize product research processes to identify high-margin, in-demand items.
- Implement automation for order processing, inventory syncing, and tracking using tools like Shopify and DSers, with Zapier integrations as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics to drive scalable traffic, launch experiments, and improve conversion.
- Analyze data, build dashboards, and report performance; identify optimization opportunities to reduce costs and increase margins.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, return handling, and exceptional customer service standards.
Qualification
- 3+ years in dropshipping, e-commerce operations, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in supplier management, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Experience with Shopify-based stores and automation tools such as DSers, Oberlo, or equivalent; comfort with API-enabled integrations and Zapier.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience building dashboards (Looker, Data Studio, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and a bias for action in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid/remote environment and adapt to a dynamic startup culture.
