Zenith Dropship Co is a fast growing ecommerce partner seeking a Dropshipping Operations Manager to own end to end dropship operations for multiple storefronts. This role blends sourcing, supplier relationship management, order fulfillment excellence, and data driven optimization to scale revenue and margins.
Responsibilities include onboarding suppliers, negotiating terms, monitoring product lead times, and ensuring accurate inventory across Shopify and WooCommerce. You will partner with marketing, product and logistics teams to implement scalable processes, automate workflows, and improve the customer experience.
Responsibility
- Own end to end dropship operations for multiple storefronts from supplier onboarding to order fulfillment.
- Source reliable suppliers, negotiate terms, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and product data to prevent stockouts or delays.
- Set up and maintain automated order routing, integrations, and error handling across Shopify and WooCommerce.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize product selection and pricing strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and implement process improvements to boost margins.
- Oversee returns, refunds, and warranty handling with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with shipping policies, tax rules, and platform requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in business, operations, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in dropshipping or ecommerce operations with proven track record.
- Strong supplier and vendor management skills with negotiation experience.
- Proficiency in Shopify, WooCommerce, and order management systems.
- Data literacy with ability to analyze metrics in Excel or Google Sheets; familiar with dashboards.
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
- Process minded with strong attention to detail and problem solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
