Join NovaFlow Commerce, a fast-growing dropshipping leader helping brands scale with automated supply chains and data-driven product launches. We are seeking an experienced Dropshipping Operations Manager to own supplier relationships, optimize product onboarding, and drive profitability across markets.
In a hybrid/remote-friendly role, you will collaborate with sourcing, marketing, and technology teams to streamline end-to-end order fulfillment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibility
- Own and optimize end-to-end dropshipping operations from supplier onboarding, catalog setup, to order fulfillment and returns.
- Establish and manage relationships with suppliers and distributors to ensure reliable inventory, pricing, and quality control.
- Lead product research and onboarding for new categories, evaluating profitability and market demand.
- Monitor key metrics such as gross margin, order defect rate, shipping times, and supplier performance; implement improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to automate listing creation, pricing rules, and promotions in Shopify/WooCommerce and marketplaces.
- Develop scalable SOPs, training materials, and onboarding processes for vendors and internal teams.
- Own forecasting and budgeting for dropship operations, including onboarding timelines and logistics planning.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and bring data-driven decisions to drive profitability.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in dropshipping, e-commerce operations, or supplier management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization.
- Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce, and familiarity with marketplace integrations.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation abilities; proven cost optimization results.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across remote teams.
- Project management experience with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset and problem solving with a focus on customer experience.
