Join our fast growing LA based team as a Dropshipping Operations Manager. You will own the end to end dropshipping program, from supplier onboarding and negotiation to order fulfillment and post purchase experience. This is a hands on, data driven role designed for someone who loves optimizing processes at scale.
What you will do is build a reliable supplier network, automate product onboarding and pricing, manage orders across multiple storefronts, and collaborate with marketing to execute product launches and promotions. You will own KPIs such as fulfillment times, order accuracy, margins and return rates while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibility
- Develop and manage a high performing dropship supplier network including onboarding, evaluation, and ongoing performance reviews.
- Oversee end to end order processing and fulfillment across Shopify and other platforms, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Optimize product selection, pricing and catalog management for profitability and conversion.
- Implement and refine standard operating procedures for sourcing, inventory syncing, returns, and customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns with measurable impact.
- Analyze data and dashboards to identify bottlenecks and implement automation to reduce manual work.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers, monitor quality and lead times, and resolve supply issues quickly.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, tax and regulatory requirements and maintain audit-ready records.
Qualification
- 3+ years in dropshipping or e commerce operations with a proven track record of scaling programs.
- Strong supplier management and negotiation skills; experience onboarding and evaluating suppliers.
- Hands on experience with e commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce and related order management systems.
- Data driven with strong analytics skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and dashboards.
- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier or similar) and API based integrations for inventory and orders.
- Excellent communication, project management and cross functional collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, operations or related field preferred.
- Thrives in a fast paced environment and is located in or willing to work in Los Angeles area or hybrid.
