Job description
NovaBridge Commerce is seeking a results driven Dropshipping Specialist to lead product research, supplier partnerships, and storefront optimization. You will own end to end dropshipping operations across multiple channels and help scale profitable campaigns with data driven decisions.
In this role you will build supplier networks, optimize listings, and collaborate with marketing to maximize return on ad spend. This is a fast paced, remote friendly opportunity with room to advance.
Responsibility
- Identify high demand, low competition products using data driven methods and market analysis
- Source and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, MOQs, and shipping terms to maximize margins
- Manage end to end dropshipping operations across channels such as Shopify, Amazon, and eBay
- Optimize product listings with compelling copy, visuals, pricing, and SEO
- Monitor KPIs including GMROI, COGS, and shipping times; implement improvements
- Build and maintain supplier relationships; manage risk and compliance
- Collaborate with marketing to plan campaigns, ads, and promotions
- Oversee order fulfillment, returns, and customer service to ensure a premium experience
Qualification
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience in e commerce, business or marketing
- 2+ years experience in dropshipping or fulfillment operations
- Proven track record of increasing margins and reducing shipping times
- Strong supplier negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency with Shopify or Shopify plus, DSers, AliExpress or similar platforms
- Data driven with Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Google Analytics; basic SQL or data tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication and project management
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment and work independently
